Each individual may register and maintain only one Player Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Winnr employs automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Winnr will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions. Winnr reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.
The Platform is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may access and use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Winnr does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. We accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Use of the Platform requires a compatible device and internet connection. You are responsible for ensuring your device and connection meet the minimum requirements. The Platform is optimised for modern browsers on Android, iOS and desktop operating systems.
Deposits may be made using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included for illustrative context only and do not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with any gambling operator.
The Platform supports account balances denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable, subject to the cashier configuration at the time of use. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions processed in currencies other than your Account currency.

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Winnr reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal and to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, AML concerns or unresolved KYC requirements are present.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions offered by Winnr are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. These Terms provide the general framework; specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps are specified per promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion terms) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — these contribution rates are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
Winnr reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close Accounts where a Player is found to have abused a promotional offer. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus; wagering on opposite sides of a market to artificially progress wagering requirements (bonus hedging); and providing false information to obtain a promotion.
Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Winnr reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion. A wager is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform system. In-progress or pending wagers may not be cancelled once accepted, except where explicitly permitted by applicable game rules.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Winnr takes no responsibility for typographical errors in displayed odds. Where an obvious error has occurred (palpable error or "palpabe") in the publication of odds, Winnr reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Player.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond a specified period, force majeure events, system errors, or where the integrity of a market is in question. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.
All casino games, slots and table games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or are provided by third-party software providers who maintain their own certification. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, where displayed, are theoretical long-run averages and are not guaranteed on any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Winnr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account and to forfeit all associated funds where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected or confirmed.
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations — is the property of Winnr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Winnr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winnr, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Winnr's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Winnr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
Winnr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (i) these Terms have been breached; (ii) fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified; (iii) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (iv) continued operation of the Account would pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please note that closing your Account does not automatically activate self-exclusion. If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons, please explicitly request a self-exclusion period via our Responsible Gambling tools.
Upon Account closure, any Cashable Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Winnr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to Winnr's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts or dispute resolution body as specified in the operator's licensing terms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
